Peptint supports a broad selection of secure payment methods so your shopping experience stays convenient. You can pay with American Express, Apple Pay, Mastercard (Maestro included), PayPal, Shop Pay, Union Pay, and Visa (both credit and debit cards).
HOW CHECKOUT WORKS
Every transaction is handled in real time through secure, encrypted payment gateways. Checkout starts when you drop items into your basket and go over your selection. From there, you'll enter your delivery details, choose your preferred payment method, and confirm the transaction. Once the payment goes through, an order confirmation will appear on screen and be emailed to you.
PAYMENT SECURITY
Your financial details are safeguarded using top-tier security practices. Our website relies on SSL encryption to protect every piece of data being transmitted. We're fully compliant with PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards). Card details are tokenised while being processed and are never kept on our servers. On top of that, we use 3D Secure authentication for an extra layer of verification and rely on automated fraud detection systems to watch out for any suspicious activity.
CURRENCY
Every price shown on our website is listed in British Pounds Sterling (£). If your card was issued outside the United Kingdom, your payment provider will automatically convert the amount using the exchange rate that applies at the moment of purchase.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
Once your payment has gone through successfully, an on-screen confirmation will appear straight away. You'll also get an email that includes all your order details along with a unique reference number for tracking.
PAYMENT PROBLEMS
If your payment gets declined, it might be down to not having enough funds in your account, a card that's expired or blocked, restrictions placed by your card issuer, or a temporary technical glitch. It's worth checking that all your payment details have been entered correctly. If the issue continues, we suggest reaching out to your bank or card provider to sort out any authorisation problem. FEES AND CHARGES
Peptint doesn't apply any surcharges for processing payments. That said, keep in mind that your bank may charge fees for international or foreign currency transactions. Currency conversion fees can also come from your card issuer, and third-party payment services like PayPal may have their own fee structures.
