3. CONTENT ACCURACY AND RELIABILITY

While we do our best to keep the information on our Platform accurate, Peptint doesn't guarantee that the content displayed will be complete, accurate, or current. What's shown is intended for general reference and shouldn't be the only thing you rely on when making a purchase. We recommend consulting additional sources before finalising any decision. Relying on any content from our Platform is done entirely at your own risk. We're not required to update outdated material, and it's up to you to keep track of any changes to our Platform.

4. PRICING AND AVAILABILITY CHANGES

Product prices can change without prior notice. Peptint is free to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any point without incurring liability. We won't be responsible to you or any third party for any price changes, service adjustments, disruptions, or terminations.

5. PRODUCTS AND STOCK LIMITATIONS

Some products may only be available through our online store. Stock is limited and subject to availability. All returns and exchanges are managed in line with our Return Policy. Although we do our best to display product colours accurately, we can't guarantee that your screen will show them exactly as they look in real life. We reserve the right to limit sales to particular individuals, geographic areas, or quantities. Descriptions and prices may change at any time without notice. We may withdraw any product from sale without prior announcement. All offers are void wherever they're prohibited by law.

6. ORDER ACCEPTANCE AND CANCELLATION

Peptint has full discretion to accept, refuse, or cancel any order. We may set purchase limits per individual, household, or order, including orders placed under the same account, payment method, or shipping address. If we change or cancel your order, we'll make a reasonable effort to reach you using the details you gave at checkout. You agree to supply accurate and complete purchase and account details for every transaction.

7. THIRD-PARTY TOOLS AND INTEGRATIONS

Our Platform might give you access to tools, applications, or services run by third parties that we don't control. These tools are made available "as is" without any endorsement, warranty, or representation of any kind. Peptint disclaims all responsibility connected to your use of these outside tools. Peptint doesn't guarantee that the Platform will operate without interruption, securely, or free from errors. You use our Platform at your own risk. Under no circumstances will Peptint, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, or suppliers be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, our Platform.

14. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Peptint together with its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, and contractors from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) that arise out of or relate to your breach of these Terms or your violation of any applicable law.

15. SEVERABILITY

Should any provision of these Terms be found unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will still be enforced to the fullest extent the law permits. Any part that can't be enforced will be treated as severed from these Terms, and everything else will remain fully in effect.

16. TERMINATION

These Terms stay in force until they're ended by either party. Any obligations or liabilities that arose before termination will continue to apply after this agreement is terminated.

17. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies mentioned within them, form the complete agreement between you and Peptint concerning your use of our Platform, and they replace any earlier agreements or understandings.

18. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in line with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.

19. AMENDMENTS

Peptint reserves the right to revise or update these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be posted on this page. Continuing to use our Platform after any changes means you've accepted the updated Terms.

20. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

All orders are sent out through our chosen logistics partners. Estimated delivery times and shipping fees are shown at checkout and depend on where you're located. Peptint isn't responsible for delays that come from shipping carriers or customs processing.

21. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

You have the right to return eligible items within 30 days of receipt without needing to give a reason, in line with applicable consumer protection laws. To start a return, please email us at support@peptint.com. Items need to be unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging. Return shipping is paid for by the customer unless the item is defective or we've made a mistake. Refunds are processed within 7 days of us receiving the returned goods.

22. PRODUCT WARRANTY

Every product is covered by the applicable statutory warranty rules. If you receive a defective or non-conforming item, please contact us as soon as possible at support@peptint.com with a description and any supporting evidence. We'll arrange a repair, replacement, or refund based on what's appropriate for the situation.
